Indonesia: Tech-enabled hospitality and short-term rental management company Kozystay has acquired BaliSuperHost, the island’s largest premium villa operator.
The deal brings together two major players in the sector, creating the country’s largest short-term rental management group with more than 1,000 properties under management across Indonesia.
BaliSuperHost, which manages over 400 premium villas and has hosted more than 600,000 guests, will strengthen Kozystay’s presence in one of the world’s most competitive short-term rental markets.
Kozystay already operates a strong portfolio of apartments and aparthotels in Jakarta and Bandung.
The companies said they will combine their respective strengths – Kozystay’s technology-driven operating model and BaliSuperHost’s villa management expertise – to elevate service for both guests and property owners.
Kozystay said the partnership would enhance efficiency, boost returns for investors, and deliver a seamless guest experience.
Together, the merged entity is also exploring further expansion into strategic Indonesian markets, including Bogor, Surabaya, and Lombok.
