StayTerra announces Bessemer investment

US: StayTerra, a vacation rental management platform, has announced a strategic investment from global venture capital and private equity firm Bessemer Venture Partners, joining existing investor Garnett Station Partners. 

Founded alongside Garnett Station, StayTerra operates a platform that provides property management services across several vacation rental brands in sought-after U.S. destinations. The addition of Bessemer as a partner is expected to enhance StayTerra’s growth by leveraging Bessemer’s expertise in technology and its knowledge of the vacation rental industry.

StayTerra’s platform includes brands like Moving Mountains, a luxury property management company in Colorado, and Prime Vacations, which manages over 1,000 properties across Florida’s Gulf Coast and surrounding islands.
